LCMP-G High Pressure Off-Line Side Jet Pulse Bag Dust Collector
I. Generals:LCMP-G High Pressure Off-Line Side Jet Pulse Bag Dust Collector is
a kind of product which has been successfully developed by relative
colleges, schools and institutes through technology cooperation,
and it can satisfy the need of large amount of dust treatment and
high concentration. This product has the following features:1. Adopted international advanced dust collecting methods which can
collect dust in three processes: filtering, dust-collecting and
halting, the product can absolutely and reliably collect dust,
avoiding the re-absorption of the removed dust.
2. For the components having a critical influence on the main
performances such as pulse-valve, imported parts are applied in
this product including the diaphragm for wearing parts whose
service life can be prolonged for 1 million time usage and 4 years
continuous operation.
3. It applies the chambered blow dust collecting technology
(Pulse-Plenum), that using one pulse valve to blow a whole chamber
simultaneously (there are four series of specifications as the
number of filter bags differentiated, i.e. 32, 64, 96, 128),
therefore when compared to the common high pressure pulse dust
collector of which one valve blows 6 bags, it can reduce 6 to 20
times in amount of pulse valves.4. A dust pre-collecting mechanism is designed, which not only
prevents the dust from directly scrubbing the filter bags, but also
can treat the high concentration gas and allowable maximum
concentration at inlet is 1000 g/N m3
5. The three-process dust collecting mechanism of pulse valve can
be automatically controlled by the single chip microcomputer. It
also provides you with three control mode options, i.e. fixed
resistance control, timing control and manual control.
This product is applicable widely and mainly in Building Material
Industry, e.g. the dust collecting systems used in various grinds
and grate cooler, cracker, packer, storage roof of the cement
plant. Even for the pulverizing dust collecting system with O-sepa
powder concentrator and the dust concentration of the system is up
to 1000 g/N m3, LCPM-G series products can be directly applied
other than set the cyclone dust collector for rough dust removing,
which can not only save the cost but also reduce equipment
occupation and resistance. It can also be used for the purification
and dust collecting of the industrial dust in industrial and mining
enterprises in metallurgical industry and Foundry Machinery
Industry etc.
II. Equipment Structure & Working Principle
1. Structure:
This dust collector consists of six main parts i.e. upper box,
middle box, lower box, ash pot, dust discharge, ladder platform and
pulse?dust collecting device.
(1) The upper box includes small cover whose filter bag can be
lifted, air storage bag, pulse valve and poppet valve.
(2) The middle box includes filter bag, bag-cage and inlet/outlet
pipe.
(3) The lower box includes vertical column, ash pot and manhole.
(4) The ash collecting device includes screw conveyor and cinder
valve.
(5) The ladder platform includes vertical ladder and the rail of
maintenance platform.
(6) The pulse ash collecting device includes control cabinet in
three control modes: fixed resistance control, timing control and
manual control.
2. Working Principle:When this equipment operating under the system main blower, the
dusty gas enters into the dust pre-collecting chamber through the
air inlet of the dust collector, and changes direction and flows
into the ash pot when colliding with the baffle. At the same time,
the speed slows down, and under the inertia and dust action of the
dead load, the coarse particle dust directly falls into the ash pot
and then discharges from the ash collecting device; in this
process, the dust pre-collecting takes place; the other lighter
fine dust adheres on the outer surface of the filter bag with the
gas flows upwards, the clean gas enters into the upper box through
filter bag and is discharged from outlet. (For the series products
whose filter bags are no more than 32, the air inlet is placed on
the ash pot, and the principle is same as above.)
With the filter conditions maintains, the dust collected on the
outer filter bag will gradually increase, and the running
resistance of the equipment will relatively increase; the
resistance of the collector should be maintained within the limit
of 1,200 1,600 Pa to guarantee the normal operation of the system;
