MW Pulse Shock-less Flat Bag Dust Collector
I Features & ApplicationThe features of this collector are as follows: 1. With functions of cyclone and two-stage dust collections, the
efficiency of dust collection reaches up to 99.5%, the inlet dust
concentration doubled the value compared to similar bag dust
collector with the maximum concentration up to 120g/N m3. By this
way, the coarse dust particle can be separated by cyclone,
resulting in reduction of impact and friction towards bag,
therefore the bag can have longer service life generally.2. Reverse blow dust collecting adopts pulse dust collecting
mechanism and can vibrate the filter bag so as to shatter the dust
from the bag. Its dust collecting capacity is higher than common
bag dust collectors and it also has good filtration recovery
performance.3. Adopting better sealing measure, the leakage rate is below 5%.This dust collector is divided into outdoor type, indoor type and
roof type. The outdoor type Mm collector contains four series and
17 specifications and with the filtration area from 50-100m2. The
indoor type MW-N collector contains four series and 12
specifications with the filtration area from 40-450m2, and its
structure is mostly similar to that of outdoor type. The indoor
type collector adopts flat bottom dust discharging and
upside-entrainment to lower height and installed indoor, for which
two aspects differ to the outdoor type collector that adopts dust
pot and downside-entrainment. The roof type MW-C collector contains
1 series and 4 specifications with the filtration area from
20-50m2, where the dust pot and inlet is unavailable on structure
for the convenience of installation to the roof and the common
process materials. This dust collector is used in purification and recovery of
industrial dusts from metallurgical materials, refractory
materials, chemical industry, mechanism, light industry, grain
processing, medicine etc.
II. Working Principle1 Filtration ConditionMW model (outdoor type): dusty gas flow enters into the spiral
cyclone cycle in a tangential direction from the inlet at a given
velocity, with the centrifugal force makes the coarse dust particle
separated and fall into the ash pot and the small dust into the
middle box after which dust and ash are separated and rejected by
the filter bag, the already purified gas flows into the upper box
through the filter bag and is discharged to air by the large blower
of the dust collecting system.MW-N model (indoor type): dusty gas flow enters into the filter
chamber in a tangential direction from the inlet at given velocity,
and the dust is separated out of the filter bag, then the already
purified gas flow enters into the upper box through the filter bag
and is discharged to air by the large blower of the dust collecting
system. MW-C model (roof type): dusty gas flow directly enters into the
filter chamber from the bottom, and the dust is separated out of
the filter bag, then the already purified gas flow enters into the
upper box through the filter bag and is discharged to air by the
large blower of the dust collecting system.2 Dust Collecting ConditionWith the process of filtration condition, the dust on the filter
bag is gradually increasing and the resistance encountered by the
gas when it passes is also increasing. When the resistance value
reaches 1,170Pa, the reserve blower, pulse valve and radial arm can
be turned on manually or automatically according to the
requirements to blow and collect dust or ash. With the entry of
pulse reverse blow flow into the filter bag, the bag vibrates and
shatters the dust on the surface of filter bag. When the resistance
decreases to some value (e.g. 785 Pa), the reverse blower is to be
stopped manually or automatically, and the shattered dust falls
into the ash pot, ash discharge late or directly falls into the
chamber and hopper. When cleaning the ash, this dust collector can operate
continuously.
III. Model Identification Explanation & Example 1. Filtering wind speed is determined based on the characteristics
of filtration dust, temperature and the applied filtration fabric
nature. When filtering the thin dust with high temperature (>80℃)
and high concentration (>10g/N m3), A level low filtration rate
1-1.5m/min is recommended. When filtering the coarse dust with
normal filtration temperature(<80℃=) and low concentration, B level
high filtration rate (1.5-2.0m/min) is recommended.
2. Selection of filter material: when it is not acid and alkali
resistant, and the working temperature is lower than 120℃, it is
recommended to apply 208industrial polyester-spin clothes or 729”
polyester round bag filter material; While other filter materials
also could be selected e.g. Pol
